Compi on Product Hunt: try one trip for free

Compi launches on Product Hunt on Saturday, 31 October 2026, at 08:01 CET (00:01 Pacific Time). If you are planning a trip, you can try the travel planner with your own itinerary. Use PRODUCTHUNT to unlock one trip for free: once per account, with no payment details and no automatic renewal.

From 31 October at 08:01 CET, find Compi on Product Hunt here. I would love to hear what you need for your next trip.

Why I built Compi#

I’m Simon, the developer of Compi. I planned our Florida trip in ChatGPT. It worked well: adding things we had already booked, discussing the route and collecting ideas for each day. Then my travel companion asked what we had planned for Miami. I could not remember.

I could have asked the chat again. But I wanted the finished plan somewhere we could look it up easily on the road. So I started building an app for our trip. That became Compi.

Try it with a trip you are actually planning#

You do not need to build an elaborate sample holiday. Start with a trip you are already preparing:

1. Create your trip and enter its dates.
2. Save your first stay and two daily activities. You can then see how the plan looks when you need to look something up.
3. Unlock a trip that is not already unlocked with PRODUCTHUNT. The redemption steps are below.
4. Try packing lists and shared expenses or invite a travel companion, if those are useful for your trip.

Enter the details yourself, paste an existing itinerary, or connect Compi to ChatGPT or Claude. The connection guide explains the steps. You do not need an AI connection to use Compi.

Compi runs in the browser and on Android. A trip already loaded on your device stays readable offline. Maps, syncing and the assistant connection need internet. Compi does not book or pay for travel.

One free trip with PRODUCTHUNT#

First, sign in to Compi and create the upcoming trip you want to unlock. Then open the gift-code link or enter PRODUCTHUNT under “Redeem a code”. If you have exactly one draft trip of your own, it is unlocked directly. If you have several drafts, you choose one. The free gift code works on the web and in the Android app.

You can redeem it once per account, with no overall redemption cap, until 31 December 2026 inclusive (UTC). Your trip can take place later: for example, redeem in December 2026 for a trip in March 2027. The deadline is for redeeming the code. The Trip Pass unlocks the selected trip until 30 days after it ends. The gift does not start a paid subscription.

If your trip or account is already fully unlocked, it does not need another pass. Free drafts and the regular paid options remain available separately from this offer.

What I would like to learn from you#

Can you find today's plan quickly? Is it clear where you are staying? What is missing before you would organise your next trip with Compi?

That feedback helps me decide what to improve. You can email hello@heycompi.com, or leave it on Product Hunt from the launch on 31 October at 08:01 CET. The free pass does not depend on leaving a review or a comment.

I would be happy to have Compi join your next trip.
